Lots of typos in the rough draft. Unfortunately I can’t update it.

This is splendid stuff, Louis. One of the few honest and insightful accounts. Yes, I saw similar things among friends. When I’m feeling less lazy, I’ll add a story from Paul Rosenstein, an apprentice of Dorothy Healy in the California CP. He explained once how he came to drop out of Berkeley and take a job at Buick-Oldsmobile-Pontiac in LA, and what he learned after the CP expelled Dorothy and her friends.
