I don’t understand how any of this is relevant today. It’s eighty years since the start of WW2 hostilities, but one hundred years of Stalin/Trotsky sniping.
Also, I think it’s ironic that the Counterpunch article is written by “Pawel” and this article is written by “Pauwels” — a classic trolling technique.

A classic trolling technique? Pawel is the first name of a Pole. Pauwels is the last name of a Belgian historian.
The article is relevant to people interested in left history.
Speaking of trolling, Max, if you can’t offer more substantive comments here, I will be forced to ban you again.
